History
The origins of Traducta date back to 1974, when Mrs. Jacqueline Konsbruck-Glaesener, a certified translator, and Mr. Arthur Zewen, a consulting engineer in industrial property, took the initiative to create the first translation office in Luxembourg, entering a new and promising niche at the time.
The successful combination of in-depth linguistic knowledge and translation technique on the one hand, and solid professional experience on the other, provided the firm with the solid foundation required for the conscientious practice of the profession. This led to the gradual development of a large and loyal client portfolio.
After the passing of her associate, Mrs. Konsbruck took over the company’s management on her own. In the past decade, both the number of collaborators and the business volume have grown significantly. Located just a few steps from the city centre, the firm has always remained faithful to its core business: translation, and can proudly claim its position as one of the leading translation service providers in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Current Operations
Today, Traducta comprises six certified translators, working full-time or part-time, who handle client requests with skill, precision, and a strict adherence to deadlines.
The team is supported by a wide network of freelance translators, all working exclusively in their native language. All translations, regardless of urgency, undergo careful in-house proofreading and can, upon request, be certified and delivered in the desired format.
Language Services
In order to maintain the highest quality, Traducta only provides translations in languages that are mastered by at least one member of the internal team. All of these translations can be certified as accurate.
