Trained in sophrology by professionals from the medical field, I offer personalized therapeutic support based on an approach that is both clinical, human, and compassionate. Sophrology is a mind–body method that helps individuals better understand the body’s signals and address physical, emotional, and psychosomatic difficulties, often linked to stress, anxiety, or life challenges.
My support is built on active and individualized listening, allowing each session to respond precisely to the needs of the person. Sophrology sessions aim to promote a better balance between body and mind, strengthen inner resources, and improve overall quality of life.
Sessions include relaxation techniques, controlled breathing, gentle movements, and positive visualization. These exercises, both dynamic and relaxing, are adapted to each situation, each objective, and every stage of life: stress management, emotional regulation, sleep improvement, pain management, preparation for important events, or support during periods of change.
My therapeutic approach is complementary to medical, psychological, or paramedical care already in place and never replaces it. Sophrology is therefore part of a global and preventive health approach.
The sophrology practice welcomes children, adolescents, and adults for individual sessions, in a safe, confidential, and respectful environment.
