I am a sophrologist trained in clinical sophrology with professionals from the medical field.
Sophrology is a mind–body method that helps address physical, emotional, and psychosomatic disorders by restoring balance between body and mind.
If you suffer from anxiety and are often exhausted by your thoughts and emotions, if you experience physical pain, a loss of self-confidence, or are going through a stage in your life that requires listening and support, you are in the right place. Through personalized and adapted guidance, I help you regain balance and feel fully responsible for your well-being and, more broadly, your health.
Sessions include various techniques such as relaxation, breathing, mindfulness, gentle and fluid body movements, welcoming and healing psychological wounds, and positive visualization. My therapeutic approach complements existing medical or paramedical care and never replaces it.
The practice welcomes children, adolescents, and adults for individual sessions, in a safe, confidential environment that respects each person’s pace.
