Green spaces: like a desire elsewhere ...

          Landscaping

What's worse for your house than to give a bad impression even before your guests have set foot there? If so, your outside is surely not for nothing. Give it a makeover by revamping it and giving it a second youth. Want a change of scenery and originality? Be imaginative by bringing a touch of exoticism to your garden.

          A southern vegetable garden

Want to start with small details? For example, set up a small kitchen garden to grow some southern herbs. On a palette or on the ground, you can grow rosemary, basil or coriander and other aromatic herbs in your garden. What's also to season and spice up your summer meals. Structured by wooden planks or a plant wall, your vegetable garden will ask you a minimum investment and very little maintenance, but you will bring a lot of pleasure.

          Trees from afar

To bring a touch of spice to your outdoors, whether in front of your facade or in your garden, opt for trees and plants from elsewhere and abounding like bamboo, olive trees or palm trees, weather permitting. Each plant needs an environment that is favorable to it. To choose them, pay attention to the orientation of your exterior, some needing a generous sun.

          Ethnic reasons

Parking your garden with ethnic patterns will allow you to escape the monotony. On chairs, cushions, carpets or lanterns and curtains, these patterns bring originality. The atmosphere will be all the more cozy and exotic. Cover your table with a patterned tablecloth for a lunch with friends, and you'll already feel like you're on vacation. To go further, you are free to create a quiet corner at the bottom of your garden by installing a tent filled with cushions or a parasol with some seating.

A living room of a thousand and one nights

To enjoy long evenings under the stars, set up an outdoor lounge with oriental accents. On a wooden terrace, have armchairs and cushions, preferably in warm colors. Add some candles, wrought iron lanterns and especially light garlands. In the form of light bulbs or lanterns, these lights will give you the impression of being a thousand leagues from here, in a totally unknown landscape.

          A bohemian style

Traveler in the soul? Fashion your cocoon in the image of your trips, eclectic and colorful, for a bohemian atmosphere. You will have the impression of traveling as soon as you put a foot on your terrace. For a touch of warmth, opt for rattan. As a pouf, rug or chair, it fits very well outside. For a touch of conviviality, choose wood to integrate for example in a balustrade with oriental motifs. And, for a cozy and intimate atmosphere, install lanterns and oriental lamps.

          A Zen exterior

You want change? Make your terrace a zen space, perfect for escape. To be able to relax in this parenthesis of well-being, you can replace your traditional garden table with ottomans and add a swing. And so that nothing comes to disturb this moment of relaxation, install screens or plants that will protect you from outside looks and nuisances.
Avoid overloading so you do not feel oppressed. However, it is up to you to add to the decor souvenirs brought back from trips like pebbles or other elements that will remind you of nature.
