The Viticulture and Winemaking Institute in Remich is responsible for all matters related to viticulture. It provides advice and information to winegrowers and is also in charge of disseminating the AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) standards that must be strictly observed.
The Institute is directly attached to the Luxembourg Government.
