The School of Contemporary Art (EAC) is a continuing professional education organization, accredited and eligible, dedicated to artistic education and artistic production. It offers certified training programs ranging from preparatory classes for admission to higher art schools (MANAAP art cycle) to advanced programs (DAP2, DAP3, DAPAS) at high school diploma and post-secondary levels, oriented towards careers in artistic expression.
The School of Contemporary Art (EAC)'s programs, including Prépa-Sup-Art and Post-Sup-Art, are designed for high school students, university students, and art education teachers who are either retraining or preparing for entrance exams.
The institution promotes initiative and creative development through educational support that encourages innovative artistic proposals, particularly within the framework of RealGlobalArt, which focuses on contemporary societal issues. The ten online programs, developed since 2009, are continuously evolving to provide training adapted to both traditional and contemporary visual arts, thereby enabling a critical understanding of current artistic creation. A specific program, FAAP (Plastic Arts Proficiency Training), is also offered for individuals undergoing professional retraining.
The School of Contemporary Art (EAC) actively participates in European projects such as FEDER, which aims to create a network of art schools in the Greater Region to promote art education. As a project leader, the EAC develops artistic initiatives and projects in the form of social actions in both public and private sectors. Since 2009, it has pioneered the concept of the "CULTURAL URN", integrating this approach into its training programs focused on contemporary art.
Open houses are held every year in March, June, and October, and training sessions as well as themed workshops are available on a monthly basis.
