Each creation is homemade using premium ingredients such as Valrhona chocolate, with a strong focus on local and seasonal products. Fruit tarts, entremets, filled choux, soft sponge cakes or elaborate centrepieces – everything is crafted with care and expertise.
A welcoming tearoom with a summer terrace
Looking for a sweet break? The boutique also serves as a tearoom, where you can enjoy pastries, coffee, fruit juices or local beers (including those from Doncourt) in a warm and friendly atmosphere – indoors or on the terrace during sunny days.
