Agence eSanté G.I.E. is dedicated to promoting the secure sharing and exchange of health data between the various healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in the care pathway in Luxembourg.
In doing so, it contributes to the development of a modern, coordinated and secure digital healthcare system, serving both patients and healthcare professionals.
In accordance with Articles 60ter and 60quater of the Social Security Code, Agence eSanté ensures the optimal use of health information within the healthcare and medico-social sectors.
Its activities aim in particular to strengthen care coordination, continuity of care and the quality of information exchange throughout the patient journey.
The interoperability of healthcare systems is also a key aspect of its mission.
It enables authorised stakeholders to exchange, understand and use health data in a consistent and standardised manner, while ensuring its security and confidentiality.
Its main services include the Shared Care Record (DSP) and the Electronic Vaccination Record (CVE), digital tools designed to facilitate access to and sharing of relevant information for better coordination of care.
Through its digital solutions and services, Agence eSanté G.I.E. supports the digital transformation of Luxembourg's healthcare system and contributes to the development of an increasingly connected, accessible and coordinated healthcare environment.
