          About Welter Romain et Fils

The company WELTER ROMAIN ET FILS was founded in 1974 by Mr. Romain Welter. In the early years, the focus was on the manufacturing of transformers and a specific workshop for the production of electric motor housings and the repair of these motors. To better position itself in the market, the areas of expertise were expanded. The fields of home installation technology, the construction of generator sets, and control modules (of various sizes) were added.

When in the mid-1980s his two sons, Yves and Frank Welter, joined their father in the company, the areas of activity were further expanded. In the following years, the focus was on technologies related to bells, automobiles, and agricultural slurry. Later, in the early 1990s, increasing importance was given to environmental technology, namely the independent planning and construction of cogeneration plants and biogas installations of all sizes. Membrane and filter installations were also developed for the treatment of pig and cattle slurry as well as liquids loaded with organic matter and municipal wastewater, all while respecting the environment.

Today, the company encompasses various areas of activity: housing manufacturing, locksmithing, turning workshop, repair workshop, planning and design offices, and programming service (SPS controls). To meet all your requests, we particularly ensure the flexibility of all employees. All employees stay at the forefront of technology through continuous and ongoing training and are familiar with professional knowledge related to other areas of expertise. You will benefit from a professional working method, as we guarantee very efficient and fast work as well as adherence to the strictest quality criteria.
