The syndic ensures the preservation and administration of the building and its common areas. All co-owners are legally grouped into an association acting as the legal representative of the collective.
Decisions are taken at the general meeting of co-owners, while the syndic is responsible for their implementation.
We represent the association of co-owners in legal matters and act as a link between the various stakeholders.
