The syndicate purpose is the evacuation and decontamination of wastewater from its member municipalities, by maintaining, operating, and functioning the treatment plants, collectors, and ancillary works, as well as operating a resource center, and carrying out any other works that will be necessary to achieve the above-defined objectives, all in compliance with the polluter pays principle.
