SCIRI Coordination SA, founded in Luxembourg in 2019, is a division of the CSx Group. This entity works closely with the other divisions of the group: SCAHT and SCURE. Being the conductor of significant real estate achievements is its profession. Specialized in site coordination, SCIRI is responsible for organizing missions related to real estate investment. Upon request from the project owner, it can act as a delegated project owner if needed. During this mission, it selects and coordinates all the participants in a construction project, from the architect and design offices to the contractors. The organization and work rigor that SCIRI implements allows the investor to control the timelines and financial evolution of their project.
