          3 tips to help you get back to school after the holidays

          After two weeks of vacation, your children are getting ready to go back to school. For this return to be smooth, we give you some tips.

          Sleep well

          During the holidays, and during the two Eve parties in particular, you were less looking and allowed your little blond head to watch late.

          In order for her to regain the rhythm and already be immersed in the bath for the start of the school year, set regular schedules for bedtime 4-5 days before the start . So, put her to bed every night at the same time as when she goes to school. Also take the rituals you had before the holidays: stories, songs, hugs, etc.

          Each morning, advance the awakening from 15 to 30 minutes, so that the sunrise is done almost naturally and in good conditions the day J.

          As a reminder, children between 3 and 6 years old need 10 to 13 hours of sleep a night , and 6 to 13 year olds need 9 to 11 hours.
           

          Eat healthy

          The end of year holidays have undoubtedly been an opportunity for children to eat things that are forbidden to them, or offered in smaller quantities during the school year. To start again on healthy bases, propose, also 3 to 4 days before the return to the school, the meals at regular hours. Avoid sitting down too late, and share those moments with your family.

          At the level of the food , return to the good habits : Finish the fatter dishes, reintroduce the proteins, as well as the fruits and vegetables , which may have been set aside somewhat during the holidays.

          In the morning, also reintroduce the balanced breakfast , which is essential for the child to start his day, since this meal constitutes 20% of his daily contributions. Ideally, offer him a dairy product (yoghurt, bowl of milk, ...), a cereal product (bread, rusks, cereals, ...) and a fruit (a whole fruit, a homemade compote, a squeezed fruit juice, ...) .

          Side drink , it is also essential to resume the good habits: exit sodas and industrial juices! Place in the water, in which you can add a dash of syrup.
           

          Crop if necessary

          Gradually, and gently, put limits on your child so that the transition between the last day of vacation and the first day of school is not too brutal. For example, finished spending the day in front of the screen of the television, the tablet or the computer.

          The week-end before the beginning of the school year, help your blond head to put away his things and prepare his schoolbag . This will prevent the whole family from a stressful departure to school on Monday morning.
