Our Philosophy
The Forum pour l’emploi a.s.b.l. aims to:
- Support, guide and promote initiatives to combat unemployment by fostering the integration of job seekers into the labour market.
- Improve the employability of every job seeker through the acquisition of professional experience, as well as through vocational and social training.
- Develop, in collaboration with partners active in the employment sector, projects that encourage job placement and promote the reintegration of job seekers, primarily into the primary labour market.
The Forum pour l’emploi a.s.b.l. develops services that facilitate access to employment for people seeking work. Employment provides these individuals with the opportunity to receive training both on the job (learning by doing) and through complementary training programmes. The projects cover a wide range of sectors, including environmental development, local community services, construction, and many others.
The purpose of these employment initiatives is to help unemployed individuals overcome social isolation, regain confidence through active employment, and support their successful integration into the labour market.
Target Audience
Employees participating in the integration programmes offered by the Forum pour l’emploi often face challenges in entering or re-entering the labour market. The reasons for these difficulties vary greatly. While some people struggle to find employment due to their age or a lack of qualifications, others face social, physical, or addiction-related issues that hinder their professional integration.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must be registered as job seekers with the National Employment Agency (ADEM).
The Forum pour l’emploi recruits regularly and exclusively through the ADEM.
