The Foundation is active in the healthcare sector. It is the sole shareholder of HRS–Hôpitaux Robert Schuman S.A., which brings together the hospital activities of the Hôpital Kirchberg, the Clinique Bohler, the Clinique Sainte Marie and the Cloche d'Or site.
The Foundation is also the sole shareholder of Santé Service S.A., a company providing services in the healthcare sector.
The Foundation directly operates and manages its non-hospital activities. As the owner of the GesondheetsZentrum, a centre dedicated to screening and preventive medicine, it provides support by investing in infrastructure and equipment projects, innovation, research, as well as training and educational activities.
