          Sarah Castille – Physiotherapist specialized in manual therapy, visceral therapy, and women’s health

          A physiotherapist for 15 years, Sarah Castille welcomes you in a spacious and bright practice, designed to provide an environment conducive to listening, care, and well-being.

          Sarah Castille specializes in the treatment of abdominal and pelvic pain, as well as women’s health. Her approach combines manual therapy, visceral therapy, and specialized physiotherapy to support patients in a comprehensive and personalized way.

          Areas of specialization:

          Visceral therapy

          Trained in visceral therapy (Kiné & Formation – Paris), Sarah Castille uses manual techniques aimed at improving the mobility of tissues and organs, taking into account the close links between the digestive system, the diaphragm, the pelvis, and the musculoskeletal system.

          This approach can be integrated into the treatment of many functional disorders, including:

          • abdominal pain;
          • constipation and bloating;
          • digestive discomfort;
          • acid reflux;
          • lower back pain;
          • joint and tendon pain;
          • recurrent migraines;
          • hemorrhoids;
          • pelvic pain;
          • painful periods.

          Because the abdomen plays a central role in the body’s balance, a holistic approach often provides a complementary perspective to traditional physiotherapy.

          Manual therapy for endometriosis

          Sarah Castille is also trained in the manual treatment of women with endometriosis (Kiné & Formation – Paris).

          This specific approach aims to improve tissue mobility and may support patients experiencing, in particular:

          • chronic pelvic pain;
          • painful periods;
          • lower back pain;
          • associated digestive or urinary disorders;
          • pain during sexual intercourse;
          • mobility limitations related to tissue adhesions.

          Each treatment plan is personalized and carried out in addition to medical and gynecological follow-up.

          Manual therapy for pregnant women

          Specialized in perinatal manual therapy (Kiné & Formation – Paris), Sarah supports women before, during, and after pregnancy.

          Sessions may help relieve:

          • lower back pain;
          • sciatica;
          • ligament pain;
          • pain in the pelvis and sacroiliac joints;
          • diaphragm tension;
          • discomfort related to bodily changes during pregnancy.

          The goal is to support the future mother with gentle techniques adapted to each stage of pregnancy, while preparing the body for childbirth and promoting optimal recovery after birth.

          Pelvic floor and pelvic-sphincter rehabilitation

          Trained at EIRPP (Paris), Sarah provides pelvic floor and pelvic-sphincter rehabilitation for women, both postpartum and in the context of urinary or pelvic disorders, or for preventive purposes.

          Manual lymphatic drainage

          A practitioner of the Leduc method, she provides manual lymphatic drainage for medical, circulatory, or post-operative indications, or in cases of lymphedema.

          Manual therapy for athletes

          Sarah is also trained in:

          • sports manual therapy;
          • cupping therapy;
          • myofascial release using hooks.

          These techniques effectively complement the treatment of muscular, tendon, and joint pain, for both athletes and active patients.

          Wellness treatments not covered by the standard physiotherapy schedule

          The treatments below are not part of the official physiotherapy billing schedule. They are offered in addition to her physiotherapy practice and are entirely paid for by the patient.

          LPG® Endermologie (price depending on treatment duration)

          As a certified LPG Benelux practitioner, Sarah Castille offers LPG® endermologie sessions, a mechanical tissue-stimulation technique using motorized massage.

          Depending on individual goals, this method may help improve tissue elasticity, promote circulation, support certain aesthetic treatments, or provide a feeling of lightness and well-being.

          Chi Nei Tsang massage (60-minute treatment – €90)

          Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist visceral massage focused on the abdomen.

          Through gentle and deep movements, it aims to release abdominal tension, promote relaxation, improve body awareness, and support better physical and emotional balance.

          Californian massage (60-minute treatment – €90)

          Californian massage is a relaxing full-body massage characterized by slow, fluid, and enveloping movements.

          It provides a deep sense of relaxation, helps reduce stress, and promotes the release of muscular tension.

          Convinced that every patient is unique, she places great importance on listening, on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, and on care based on current evidence in professional practice.
