In 1979, Ady Wietor fulfilled his dream by building a 600 m² butchery in Beaufort, in the heart of Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland. The facility was dedicated to cutting fresh meat and producing traditional artisanal charcuterie, as well as supplying and delivering products to public institutions and restaurants.
Over the years, the workshops were expanded and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery in order to meet the growing demands of customers.
In 2003, the family business was taken over by his son Carlo Wietor. The goal remained the same: high-quality meat cutting.
Today, we are a specialized platform for the distribution of fresh meat and artisanal charcuterie prepared in our own workshops.
A company like ours leaves nothing to chance! We have been EU-approved (HACCP) since 1993.
With the opening of the first butcher shop in the center of Beaufort in 2010, our offer expanded to include retail sales for households.
The success was such that in 2011 a second shop opened in the Nonnemillen Center in Echternach.
Since December 2021, a third butcher shop has been established in the center of the tourist village of Vianden.
