Like many others, I learned the hard way — prioritizing performance over technique, neglecting recovery, or underestimating the importance of nutrition. These mistakes, although sometimes difficult, have provided me with invaluable lessons and deepened my understanding of the human body.
Over time, this personal journey has turned into a true mission: helping others move better, feel stronger, and build lasting health.
