I am Mélanie, a passionate, authentic, and committed architect.
A DPLG architect, graduated from ENSA Nancy and La Sapienza in Rome, my journey has taught me to design and build by combining sophistication, proximity, and accessibility, in order to break preconceived ideas about architecture.
For me, three essential elements give a place its full beauty and make it a space where life feels good: volume, functionality, and light.
Volume structures the space, creates rhythm, and gives a project its character.
Functionality ensures that every place perfectly meets the needs of those who inhabit it, blending aesthetics with practical use.
Light shapes the atmosphere, reveals materials, and enhances the whole.
My approach is rooted in this balance, to design spaces that are vibrant, harmonious, and deeply inspiring.
After working on major public projects within renowned firms such as n! studio in Rome, Rabolini & Schlegel in Nancy, and Schemel & Wirtz in Luxembourg, I felt the need for a more direct practice, more grounded in everyday life.
My goal has always been to make architecture accessible — not only in its form but also in its expression — by creating spaces designed for and with the people who live in them.
