Our company was founded in 1951 by François Wagener in Mamer and was taken over in 1988 by his son Lucien Wagener with 4 employees.
After this takeover, the family business became a limited liability company (s.à r.l.) with more than 50 employees and a subsidiary with two retail stores, allowing us to be active in several sectors. Since the end of 2025, the third generation, led by Tim Wagener, has been ensuring the company’s continued stability.
With a growing turnover reaching 4 million euros, Électricité Wagener et Fils s.à r.l. is among the most reputable family-owned companies in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
