Founded in 1975, our company is a member of the Association of Professional Property Managers of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (GSPL) and is affiliated with the Luxembourg Confederation of Commerce (clc).
We currently manage more than 100 residential buildings, located mainly in Luxembourg City and the surrounding communes. Our portfolio includes condominiums ranging from 4 to over 50 units, some of which have trusted us for more than 30 years.
Property management is our core business, carried out on a full-time basis, with a 7-days-a-week emergency service for urgent issues (heating failures, technical incidents, etc.).
Our Values
Transparency and accounting accuracy are at the heart of our daily work. The co-owners’ council can consult the condominium accounts at any time throughout the year.
We operate with strong professional ethics and complete independence, giving co-owners the freedom to choose their preferred service providers.
Our mission is to ensure the proper functioning of buildings, to advise co-owners in accordance with the law of May 16, 1975, and to implement the decisions taken during general assemblies.

We use the professional software PROSYNDIC (PROGETIS), recognized in Luxembourg and Belgium, ensuring modern and efficient management.
Our professional liability insurance is covered by Le Foyer, providing maximum security for our clients.
