Our company, specializing in the production of fresh artisanal pasta, was founded in 2013 in response to the growing demand from customers who are increasingly attentive to quality, freshness, and product traceability.
Our pasta is made exclusively from carefully selected, high-quality raw ingredients such as durum wheat semolina and locally sourced meat — all without added preservatives or additives.
Our company has chosen to establish its artisanal fresh pasta production site in Luxembourg in order to ensure efficient distribution nationwide and throughout the Greater Region. We are proud to carry the “Made in Luxembourg” label.
We distribute our products directly to private customers through our front shop and also operate as a wholesaler for Luxembourg supermarkets, public institutions, and more.
At Nuddelfabrik, we also offer catering services for your private and professional events.
Whether it is a birthday, a family celebration, a corporate event, an evening gathering, or a sporting event, we prepare delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients, tailored to your needs and wishes.
Our cuisine is prepared with care and expertise to offer you a gourmet and friendly experience, either directly at your event location or for takeaway.
