I am also currently undertaking training in Ayurvedic medicine, a traditional Indian medical system recognized for its holistic approach to health.
Like microkinesitherapy, Ayurvedic medicine considers the person as a whole, taking into account the body, the mind, and emotions, as well as lifestyle habits. This global vision enables a preventive approach aimed at maintaining balance and health over the long term.
Microkinesitherapy, for its part, acts as a true cleansing of bodily memories, helping the body to release traces of the past so it can regain its full potential and self-regulation capacities.
