We do not store roasted coffee in advance, in order to guarantee maximum freshness.
Because coffee is a volatile product, we use aluminium-lined, heat-sealed bags with a degassing valve. This valve allows the coffee to release gases naturally after roasting and protects it from oxidation caused by ambient air.
Available packaging sizes: 250 g for all coffees and 1 kg for blends only.
We recommend enjoying your coffee within 3 months after roasting. Once the bag is opened, it should be consumed within one month.
