The Eischen House consists of a main building and an annex building spread across three floors. Its architecture has been carefully designed to blend harmoniously with the character of the Eischen site. The main building accommodates the individual rooms, the restaurant, and several shared spaces that encourage social interaction, exchanges, and conviviality among residents.
The annex building houses the Senior Residence apartments and is connected to the main building by a covered and heated walkway, ensuring comfortable access throughout the year. The facilities and spaces in both buildings are freely accessible to all residents.
The establishment offers 124 individual rooms starting at 26 m², as well as 20 apartments in the Senior Residence, ranging from 50 to 65 m², providing a living environment that combines comfort, independence, and well-being. Each room and apartment is equipped with a number and a doorbell, allowing visitors to announce themselves directly while preserving residents’ privacy and social connections.
