The Adam Distillery is located in an old 18th century farmhouse in Kehlen called ‘a Lammesch’.
The brandies and liqueurs are produced mainly from fruit grown in our own orchards.
The history of the Adam Distillery began in 1907, when Jean Adam decided to install a still to produce grain brandies, known as Grains, in an annexe to his farm in Kehlen.
In 2007, the 100th anniversary of the Distillerie Adam was celebrated and a museum dedicated to the art of distillation was opened on the farm.
Since then, Susie and Robert Adam-Stomp have been running the museum and offering guided tours by appointment.
Every year, hundreds of visitors flock to the museum to discover the art of distillation and life at the beginning of the 20th century.
