The construction insurance offered by APROBAT lalux-assurances protects your investments against all risks that could affect your real estate project.

It consists of two types of cover:

- “All-risk site" cover which protects your construction site against climatic risks, fire, theft, damage caused to third parties and by trades.

- Ten-year civil liability, which covers your home. The structural work is insured for ten years (this includes roofing, façade, waterproofing, etc.). The other minor works are covered for two years (this includes doors, etc.).
