The story began in 1903 in Esch-sur-Alzette, when Jean Breckler started trading metals and scrap. His son-in-law, Eugène Gillen, took over the business in 1934, and later, in 1965, his son Urbain Gillen founded Auto-Casse-Gillen in Foetz.
Today, Mr. Bach – a former company driver who worked alongside Mr. Gillen for six years – continues this family expertise. Casse-auto Gilba offers a simple, fast, and free service for collecting your end-of-life vehicles, regardless of the make, model, or year. We come to your location with a tow truck or 4x4, carry out the dismantling process in accordance with regulations, and recycle the remaining materials and metals.
