ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg, which includes the Belval and Differdange facilities, is one of the leading producers of long products such as steel beams and sheet piles.
The Long Products Luxembourg site located in Esch-Belval comprises an electric steelmaking plant and two rolling mills.
Its steel plant produces semi-finished products mainly for the Belval Medium Section Mill and for Train A in Rodange. In 2025, the modernized steel plant (SteelUp! project) will produce new, higher-quality steels, enabling Train A to be supplied for rolling demanding products such as rails.
Train 2 is the oldest sheet pile rolling mill in the world, playing a leading role in the development of these products since the first rolled sheet piles in 1911.
The Belval Medium Section Mill (TMB) is a modern rolling mill that mainly produces beams and angles.

ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg also operates an electric steel plant and a rolling mill in Differdange.
Its steel plant supplies semi-finished products for the medium and heavy sections of the Grey Mill and for the sheet piles produced by Train 2.
The Grey Mill produces the largest beams in the world, the Jumbo beams, used in the tallest skyscrapers.
