‘Building is about making dreams come true’.
The architect is a creator who, through the project entrusted to him, conveys architectural values beyond the programme, which cannot be limited to a simple set of specifications, but must offer the prospect of development potential. Because architecture is an open creative process that bears witness to the debates and ideas of its time, its purpose is intimately linked to the flow of public exchanges as part of the evolution of history. As a result, some buildings endure beyond their immediate usefulness, thanks to the emotion they generate, to become elements of heritage, recognised as works of the spirit of their time.
