If you have what you need on hand, prepare a miso soup with a poached egg . This dish, typical of Japan, is rich in water and sodium, and will rehydrate you. It will also facilitate your digestion, thanks to the nutrients it contains. The egg , for its part, will help block the toxin produced by ethanol in the liver, and makes you nauseated.
Stay calm, away from the noise of conversations, television and radio. Also avoid too bright light , much too aggressive for the state you are in.
During the day, take one or more naps to get some rest.
If your headache persists, and sleep does not calm, apply a poultice of cold clay to your forehead and temples for 30 minutes. To do this, using a wooden spatula, place a little clay in a cloth made of natural fibers to a thickness of 1 to 2 centimeters. Renew the poultice when the clay becomes hard and dry.
