OUR POSITIONING: LEAVING THE PLANET IN A BETTER STATE THAN WE FOUND IT
We are coeba. As an architectural firm, we aim to change the way buildings are designed and constructed in Luxembourg. We are convinced that the construction sector itself must evolve—towards greater sustainability and a stronger focus on people in every building project. We pursue these two complementary goals with steadily growing confidence. We know that such buildings are not only functional, but also economically viable. This is why we have chosen consistency: we prioritize projects with strong sustainability potential.
OUR RANGE OF SERVICES FOR PUBLIC CLIENTS
We provide comprehensive support for construction projects at municipal and state level throughout all service phases—from the initial concept to commissioning and beyond. To achieve this, we combine decades of experience in the construction sector with the most up-to-date expertise, particularly in the field of sustainability. In addition to our high-level competence in ecology, healthy living environments, and energy efficiency, we have also developed expertise in social construction projects, ranging from workplaces for people with disabilities to assisted living facilities. This is demonstrated, among other things, by our contribution to the development of a Ministry of Family guide on barrier-free and mobility-accessible construction.
OUR RANGE OF SERVICES FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS
Thanks to our expertise in the sustainable construction and operation of buildings, private developers increasingly turn to us for full support in their construction or renovation projects. The construction of residential buildings, which is still often characterized by profit maximization, represents a particularly interesting field in this context. Through detailed analyses, we are able to demonstrate to clients who are open to these issues that a higher initial investment in innovative technologies or ecological materials will pay off in the medium to long term—and that sustainability does not necessarily have to be more expensive than conventional construction.
