Our corporate and finance team comprises 35 lawyers with 3 partners (Gérald Origer, Claire-Marie Darnand and Bernard Beerens) all of whom have been ranked in the private equity rankings of Chambers in 2024. We are the only firm in Luxembourg whose partners in the private equity sector have all been ranked. We all have a similar background and have worked for magic circle firms and Benelux firms. This allows us to be a true alternative to the magic circle firms and to our larger local competitors with the benefit of assisting clients throughout the Benelux while maintaining independence to work with the mid-size and large foreign law firms who do not have a footprint in Luxembourg.
