For all of you who are living in Luxembourg or planning to visit this charming country and who are interested into art and design the Mudam (museum dedicated to contemporary art) is a must-see.
Since I moved to Luxembourg three years ago the Mudam still remains to be my favorite place. I love to visit it no matter if it's raining or if the sun is shining, I simply need my Mudam dose.
It’s not just an ordinary museum where you can see various exhibitions, it’s an architectural masterpiece worth visit no matter what artist is presented there. The architect Ieoh Ming Pei perfectly managed to integrate the modern (and by the way amazing) building into the historical environment.
The visitor can enjoy an impressive permanent installations like the Many Spoken Words by Su-Mei-Tse (can’t get enough of it) or have a yummy brunch at the Mudam Café who was created by the famous french deisgners Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec (yes, exactly the guys who are responsible for the most beautiful TV in the world).
In any case it needs to be experienced by itself. Enjoy !
