Saying it more clear,
a man in his middle forties, working in night shifts, is going to have a lot different life than
a 25 years old woman, who’s just got her first baby.
Being a mom of two, with a full-time job is going to need a different schedule than
an 18 years old guy, finishing high school and attending field athlete trainings.
Because of these differences, we need different approach in our training.
In Fitness Dionysos we are dedicated to the individuals who want the best for their life through fitness.
With our COACH ON FLOOR service, our aim is to give an individualized training program to all of our members, based on their LIFESTYLE / TARGETS / SPORT HISTORY / SPECIFIC NEEDS.
